Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reel Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You own every video project, script, cast portrait, shot, prompt, and cut you create on Reel Studio. We take a narrow, non-exclusive license only to store, process, and display that content in order to run the Service on your behalf — nothing more. If you delete your account, that license ends.

We will never claim perpetual rights to your work. We will never use your prompts or outputs to train a model. If we ever change this, we'll email you first and offer a full refund of unused credits.

Images, videos, and audio generated through the Service are produced by third-party AI providers (currently Fal.ai, ElevenLabs, PiApi). Outputs are yours, subject to those providers' terms. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or fit for purpose — AI models are imperfect.

The Service runs on a credit system. Credits are consumed when a generation is dispatched to a model provider — the Fal raw cost and our markup are shown at dispatch time. Purchased credits never expire. Failed generations are refunded automatically back to your balance.

We may adjust credit costs when provider pricing changes. Changes are announced before they take effect; unused credits are honored at whichever rate is more favorable to you.

Plans are billed monthly. There is no annual option, and card trials send a reminder email 1 day before the first charge. Cancel anytime from your billing page. You keep access for the remainder of the paid period, and the credits in your balance stay with you indefinitely.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Impersonate real people without consent
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bulk-scrape the Service
• Circumvent our rate limits or payment system

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Where possible we give you notice and a chance to remedy. We preserve your data for 30 days after termination so you can request an export.

If you believe content on Reel Studio infringes your copyright, contact us at the address below with a detailed takedown notice. We respond to valid notices within 5 business days.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. If the change is material we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms.
